STUDI AWAL FED – BATCH HIDROLISIS ENZIMATIK HIGH TOTAL SOLID LOADING

Bioetanol merupakan bahan bakar terbarukan yang berasal dari etanol dan bisa didapatkan berlignoselulosa seperti limbah kertas. Etanol mengandung konsentrasi dibawah 12% tidak ekonomis untuk di distilasi pada saat dijadikan bioetanol, menghasilkan memiliki tinggi maka glukosa hasilkan percobaan ini juga harus tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengamati pengaruh waktu dengan berbagai variasi pengumpanan disebut konfigurasi terhadap dihasilkan proses hidrolisis kertas HVS. Glukosa berkonsentrasi selulosa tinggi, hal akan menyebabkan beberapa masalah terjadi yaitu viskositas menghambat sehingga tersebut dilakukan perancangan metode Batch Fed-Batch Hidrolisis Enzimatik macam High Total Solid Loading menggunakan reaktor putar sebagai variabel ini. Limbah HVS direndam selama 24 jam, blending kemudian penghilangan tinta, selanjutnya analisis kandungan lignin, selulosa, hemiselulosa. Tahapan glukosa. diuji DNS. Konsentrasi tertinggi fed-batch total solid loading 40% sebesar 321, 784 mg/ml. dapatkan mulai 30%, 35%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin digunakan dihasilkan.
